熨燙工藝及常用的工具有哪些？

1.熨斗
1. Iron
熨斗是熨燙的主要工具，主要有三種：電熱熨斗、吊瓶蒸汽熨斗和全蒸汽熨斗。電熱熨斗和吊瓶蒸汽熨斗靠電熱絲發(fā)熱，可根據(jù)服裝面料不同的耐熱性來調(diào)節(jié)熨燙溫度，以防燙縮或燙焦。吊瓶蒸汽熨斗和全蒸汽熨斗是通過噴水板噴灑蒸汽，不同的是吊瓶蒸汽熨斗通過吊瓶供水，全蒸汽熨斗則是通過蒸汽發(fā)生器供水，因而全蒸汽熨斗也是熨燙效果更快、更好的，在服裝企業(yè)用得更多燙臺(tái)是與熨斗配合使用的。

2.燙臺(tái)

燙臺(tái)一般包括一個(gè)底板、一個(gè)形狀與底板相吻合的帶有聯(lián)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的可移動(dòng)式頂板、燙氈、支架、臺(tái)面、儀表盤，人工或自動(dòng)控制的蒸汽、抽真空及加熱和加壓裝置。熨燙臺(tái)可根據(jù)要求用于生產(chǎn)過程.中的熨燙和縫制完成后的整燙。

3.噴水壺

噴水壺主要用于小燙時(shí)的噴水，它能把水均勻且成霧狀噴灑在需要熨燙的部位，使熨燙效果更佳。

4.燙凳

燙凳一般為鐵凳，凳面鋪棉花，外包白棉布，并要求扎緊。熨燙中常用它燙肩縫、袖窿、褲襠等不能放平的部位。

6.水布

水布通常用退過漿的白棉布。熨燙時(shí)，水布蓋在衣料之上，再用熨斗熨燙，以防衣料被燙臟、燙黃或燙出極光。

7.墊呢
7. Cushion
熨燙時(shí)，將其墊在衣物下面。一般用棉毯或吸水性好而且質(zhì)地厚的線毯，上面再蓋一層白棉布作墊布。

8.長燙凳

長燙凳用木料制成，凳面鋪少許棉花，稍厚，四周略薄，外包白棉布并且扎緊。其用于熨燙已縫制成圓筒形的縫，如褲子側(cè)縫，上衣袖縫等。
