定做職業(yè)裝的色差問題，是令廠家和客戶都頭痛的問題。什么是色差？印刷在織物上的圖文的某種顏色與原稿顏色有差別，或者某一種顏色在一批印刷品中有差異，稱之為色差。

面料是一缸一缸染色的，一個缸總會有大有小的，所以一個缸能染色的面料都是有限的，有時候客戶量比較大，一來就是千百米，那么面料勢必會分成幾缸來染色。同樣的配方，同樣的操作手法，不是同一缸染出來的就會有缸差，因為染色的影響因素實在是太多，并且完全無法避免，可能多幾秒鐘，顏色就深了。這也是職業(yè)裝定做有色差的主要原因。
