定制濟(jì)南工作服時(shí)的布料檢查一般以隨機(jī)抽樣形式進(jìn)行，從整批來布中，任意挑選一定數(shù)量的樣本，用視覺審察以決定整批的品質(zhì)。布料檢查包括下列幾項(xiàng)基本要點(diǎn)：

3、紗支

由於紗支限重量成正比例，所以可以利用天秤或電子磅來檢定紗線的細(xì)度。檢查人員從批核樣辦中抽出一個(gè)長度的經(jīng)紗，放在天秤的一邊，然後從來布中抽出同一長度的經(jīng)紗，放在天秤的另一邊。如果天秤保持平衡，這表示來布和批核樣辦的經(jīng)紗支數(shù)是相同的;但如果天秤出現(xiàn)不平衡，這便表示兩者支數(shù)存著差異。檢查員可以重復(fù)以上辦法來檢定緯紗的細(xì)度。

4、經(jīng)緯密度

檢查人員可以利用放大鏡或布鏡將布料的密度放大，利用肉眼點(diǎn)算在一平方寸內(nèi)經(jīng)紗和緯紗的數(shù)目，然後將所得數(shù)目與規(guī)格或批核樣辦相比，便可知道來布的密度是否合符標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
The inspector can magnify the density of the cloth with a magnifying glass or cloth glass, calculate the number of warp and weft yarns in a square inch with naked eyes, and then compare the number with the specification or approval sample office to know whether the density of the incoming cloth meets the standard.
5、組織結(jié)構(gòu)

跟檢查經(jīng)緯密度一樣，檢查人員可以利用放大鏡或布鏡，觀察布料的平紋、斜紋、緞紋等的組織結(jié)構(gòu)是否正確。重量撿查人員可以利用電子磅來檢定布料的重量，利用圓形切樣器，在每匹布料不同部位，切出一百平方厘米的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)面積，然後放在測量布重電子磅上，螢?zāi)槐懔⒓礈?zhǔn)確地顯示該塊布料的重量。

檢查人員可以利用對(duì)色燈箱來檢定布料顏色。使用燈箱有—點(diǎn)須留意，這就是不論色辦或貨料，每次所用光源須一致，否則所有顏色比較都是沒意思的。
