1.防靜電織物是通過導(dǎo)電纖維與普通織物混合而成的，由于其不受外界環(huán)境的影響，目前已得到廣泛的接受和認(rèn)可。該防靜電織物的抗靜電性與導(dǎo)電纖維的種類及導(dǎo)電金屬、石墨、炭黑等在纖維中的分散性，分為導(dǎo)電成分均勻型、導(dǎo)電成分覆蓋型、導(dǎo)電成分復(fù)合型四種。其他導(dǎo)電成分如炭黑、石墨等復(fù)合導(dǎo)電纖維可直接用于織造的纖維，在經(jīng)紗中每隔一定間距(如1.5 cm左右)嵌入一根導(dǎo)電絲，就可獲得良好的導(dǎo)電效果，從而使其具有良好的導(dǎo)電性能。
1. Anti static fabrics are made by mixing conductive fibers with ordinary fabrics, and have been widely accepted and recognized because they are not affected by the external environment. The anti-static property of this anti-static fabric is divided into four types: uniform conductive component type, covered conductive component type, and composite conductive component type, based on the type of conductive fiber and the dispersion of conductive metals, graphite, carbon black, etc. in the fiber. Other conductive components such as carbon black, graphite, and other composite conductive fibers can be directly used for weaving fibers. By embedding a conductive wire at a certain interval (such as about 1.5 cm) in the warp yarn, good conductivity can be achieved, thus making it have good conductivity.
2.防靜電織物的第二種防靜電工作服是在聚酯纖維或錦綸聚合物纖維內(nèi)部加入磷脂、磺酸鹽等表面活性劑，或引入第三單體，以形成耐久的抗靜電纖維。因為添加物的抗靜電劑大多是遇堿起反應(yīng)或分解的表面活性劑，所以在織物整理或洗滌時，不要使用堿性洗滌劑，以免影響抗靜電效果，這種纖維適于做無塵服、無菌衣、民用服裝。
The second type of anti-static work clothes for anti-static fabrics is to add surfactants such as phospholipids and sulfonates inside polyester or nylon polymer fibers, or introduce a third monomer to form durable anti-static fibers. Because most of the antistatic agents used in additives are surfactants that react or decompose with alkali, do not use alkaline detergents during fabric finishing or washing to avoid affecting the antistatic effect. This type of fiber is suitable for making dust-free clothing, sterile clothing, and civilian clothing.
3.第三種防靜電織物防靜電工作服是選用抗靜電劑對織物纖維進行樹脂整理，經(jīng)浸軋、焙烘后附著于纖維織物表面，使織物具有一定的抗靜電效果?，F(xiàn)在只能用在普通服裝上身上的吸附、點火花放電、吸灰等常見靜電現(xiàn)象。
3. The third type of anti-static fabric anti-static work clothes is to use anti-static agents to resin finish the fabric fibers, which are soaked, rolled, and baked before attaching to the surface of the fiber fabric, making the fabric have a certain anti-static effect. 4.導(dǎo)電布具有金屬膜層結(jié)合力好、固化性好、電磁屏蔽效能高等優(yōu)點。它以滌綸三角異形絲（50d×50d）輕盈紡、36f絲為布基，采用真空法依次沉積Ni-Cu金屬膜層，繼而通過電鍍方法依次沉積Ni-Cu-Ni，制成具有5層金屬膜系的復(fù)合金屬膜層導(dǎo)電布。
