純棉織品耐熱能良好，在攝氏110℃以下時(shí)，只會(huì)引起織物上水分蒸發(fā)，不會(huì)損傷纖維，所以純棉織物在常溫下，穿著使用，洗滌印染等對(duì)織品都無影響，由此對(duì)提高了純棉織品耐洗耐穿服用性能。
